Information processed
The site may process ordinary web-server and security logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, referring page and response status. These records are used to operate the site, investigate abuse and diagnose broken pages.
- We do not ask for a Kaspersky activation code.
- We do not collect a Kaspersky account password.
- We do not accept uploaded installers, vault exports or company packages.
Download handoffs
Download buttons open external Kaspersky-owned pages after an in-page countdown. Once you leave this site, the destination's privacy, cookie and account policies apply. We do not receive the installer file or the credentials used on the official destination.
If you contact support, we process the email address and message needed to respond. Do not include passwords, license keys, payment data, exported credentials or sensitive organization information. Messages may be retained as necessary to resolve the request and prevent repeated abuse.
Cookies and third parties
The current directory does not require an account or set a first-party marketing profile. Hosting, security or analytics providers may process technical request information when enabled by the deployment environment. External Kaspersky and app-store pages are separate services.
Retention and choices
Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security, reliability and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied directly by contacting support, subject to applicable exceptions.
Contact
Email support@kasperskydownload.wiki with a page URL and a concise description of the issue. Never send a password, activation code, exported vault or private company deployment package.
